IC Community Reception

The annual IC Community Reception will be on March 24th from 6pm to 8pm in the Abramson Family Founder's Room at the School of International Service. This event will be an opportunity to reconnect with faculty, reunite with classmates, and meet current students in the program. Heavy appetizers and drinks will be provided, and complementary parking is available after 5pm below the SIS building.

We will also take this occasion to honor the memory of Professor Gary Weaver, who passed away on March 11th. Gary Weaver, who helped co-found the International Communication program in 1968, has had an incredible impact, not only on the field of intercultural relations and cross-cultural communication, but on the people around him. We welcome the opportunity to come together as a community to comemorate his life and legacy.
